What the publication collects
The publication’s application does not currently run audience analytics, advertising, session replay, account registration, newsletters, comments or submission forms. It does not set analytics cookies or record your reading behavior. The contact page does not send or store a message.
When you email us
If you contact us, we receive the email address, name and message content you choose to send, including any attachments. We use that information to answer your question, investigate a correction or handle your request. Email services process messages to deliver and store the correspondence. Sending an email does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Please do not send account numbers, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive financial information. You can use the same address to ask about correspondence you have sent us. We may keep information needed to investigate a report or document a correction.
Hosting and access
This site is hosted by Vercel. The hosting service may process connection information, including an IP address, request information and access logs, to deliver and secure the site. The public articles do not require an account or sign-in. Hosting services operate separately from the publication’s application.
See Vercel’s privacy policy for the platform’s data practices. We do not state a separate retention period for platform logs we do not control.

Source links take you to another publisher’s website, where its own data practices apply. An external link is not an embedded tracker within our article.
Before new services are activated
This notice must be updated before analytics, advertising or another new data-collecting service goes live. It will identify the actual service providers, information processed, purposes, retention choices and available reader controls. Any required consent controls must operate before the relevant collection begins.
Google AdSense is planned but inactive. Advertising cookies are not currently set by this application. If Google advertising is introduced, the notice will explain Google and other participating vendors’ use of cookies and identifiers, provide the relevant privacy links and explain advertising choices.
Changes to this notice
The date above records the latest revision. Material changes to the site’s data practices will be reflected here. The current notice describes the services in use. Future advertising and analytics services will be covered before they are activated.
